APC, Governors Forum Congratulate Okpebholo on Governorship Victory

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Governors Forum (PGF) have extended their congratulations to Senator Monday Okpebholo following his victory in the Edo State governorship election.

Imo State Governor and Chairman of the PGF, Hope Uzodimma, made the announcement, applauding Okpebholo’s success as a clear reflection of the people’s trust in the APC’s vision for the progress of Edo State.

In an official statement, Governor Uzodimma said, “On behalf of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), and the Progressive Governors’ Forum, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Senator Monday Okpebholo on his resounding victory as the Governor-elect of Edo State.”

He also expressed gratitude to the people of Edo State for their overwhelming support, noting that their vote for the APC indicates a firm commitment to advancing the state’s development agenda.

“By giving their mandate to the APC, the people of Edo State have reaffirmed their belief in our vision and commitment to delivering sustainable development and progress,” Uzodimma added.

Naija News reports that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officially declared Senator Monday Okpebholo of the APC as the winner of the governorship election held on September 22.

The All Progressive Congress (APC) sees Okpebholo’s victory as a pivotal moment for Edo, marking the beginning of a new era of growth and transformation for the state.
